The original Herman Miller table Emma had installed in the NY office hadn't quite stood the test of time in this very bright and hevily air conditioned room and the formica had started to peel away from the MDF structure. Having recently completed the LA office everyone loved what she had done with their conference table ask commissioned her ro recreate something similar for their office. So as not to waste the original tables base Emma designed and built this new surface to fit using a combination of birch ply and Forbo's Furniture Linolium.
